Purchase Notes:



 1.If it is the order in the same week's live broadcast, it can be shipped together. You need to bear the shipping fee by yourself, and the website will automatically count the shipping fee when you make a payment.


2.About prices: All prices are wholesale prices, and bargaining is not acceptable.


3.About the MOQ: The single product wholesales will be shipped according to the MOQ published on the website. Each item has a minimum order quantity.


4.About delivery time: After the order is placed, the order will be arranged and dry up the soil. The delivery time of West Malaysia base is 3-10 days. In case of special circumstances, it will be delayed accordingly. No urgent orders, no reminders.
Due to the characteristics of living plants, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.


5.About the delivery method: West Malaysia will send it by express. Customers from East Malaysia and overseas will deliver to the transfer station/hub.


6.About the live broadcast: We will post the live broadcast time and date on our homepage’s activity bar in advance. There is only one piece of stock during live broadcast. Please consider before placing an order. It is also a respect for other customers. Once it shows that it is out of stock, the product will be removed from the website and won’t have same matching after this.


7.About packaging: For wholesale ,the packaging will be bulk and can't compare with retail packaging . But there is no need to worry about the packaging, and we will do our best to pack it. We will charge an additional packaging fee, and the total price already includes the packaging fee.


8.About after-sales service: First, please check the quantity when receive. Check whether there is rot or jello. Compensation for Fresh box delivery in West Malaysia if the rot and jello is severe (the multihead & Aeonium are not in the scope of after-sales). Normal Express and Logistics do not cover damages. After-sales service is not included for the scattered parts of the group, it is normal that there are scar spots, a small amount of leaves drop, the outer layer of the leaf layer is falling off the soil and wilting, the soil is discolored, and the size of the soil is shrunk.
If there is after-sales service, take a photo of the face sheet outside the  box  + merchandise +order slip  together, and the after-sales time is within 24 hours after signing the parcel (based on APP’s info). 

Shipping costs do not belong to the scope of after-sales.
After-sales services for East Malaysia and International packages will be process when the parcel is in the transfer hub , and there is no after-sales service after the second transfer.


9. About placing an order: Except for imported goods, most of our product only have one in quantity.
It’s not that the succulent received will be different in size or form, which is normal, and the garden will distribute the goods evenly.


10.About payment: Please pay on the website and submit the transfer receipt . Please confirm the receipt in time if paying by three parties. Thank you.

❤The after-sales time limit of all garden is the distance from the garden to the receiving address when the order is placed, the after-sales service will ends at the transfer station (according to the app to receipt within 24 hours of the transfer station sign), please contact the transfer station in advance 
Communicate and contact the after-sales service if any problems are found after receive. Once the parcel ship after the second transfer, r the garden or the domestic express will not compensate.
(Requirements for after-sales picture : rot plants + box + order slip ).

❤Delivery does not belong to the after-sales category. If you have any questions, you can directly contact the express company to complain.

❤Since the plant is living thing , it may not be perfect and 100% undamaged during shipment, so please don't place an order if you mind.

❤Regarding to the dryness of the succulent, this cannot be defined, so it is not acceptable to unilaterally say that succulent dryness leads to rot. The most effective way to securely get succulent is to communicate with the transfer station and check the goods as soon as they are received.

❤No urgent orders or reminders, it takes time to dry.
There are too many uncertainties in international shipments due to weather, timeliness, accidents and other reasons. Please be aware of the above descriptions.

1️⃣ 如果是同一个星期的直播可以一起发货。需各自承担运费,网站在结单时会自动结算。


2️⃣关于价格:所有价格均为批发价,不接受议价。


3️⃣关于起发量:单品批发按网站发布的起发量发货。每件商品都有最低单量。


4️⃣关于发货时间:下单后,按顺序排单晾根发货,西马基地发货时间3-10天,如遇特殊情况相应推迟。不接急单不接催单。
由于植物活体的特性,一旦下单不能取消。


5️⃣ 关于发货方式:(基地为流水作业,接单、配货、脱土、发货)西马会以快递的方式寄出。东马与海外的顾客责我们会邮寄到转运站。


6️⃣ 关于直播:我们会把直播时间与日期提前发在我们的主页。直播货每个只有一件,请考虑好再下单,也是对其他顾客的尊重。一旦显示缺货就会下架该商品而不会再上架一样的搭配哦。


7️⃣ 关于打包:批发属于大量发货,但是包装上无需担心,会尽能力包装好。我们会额外征收包装费,总价已包含包装费。


8️⃣ 关于售后:签收首先清点数量,其次检查是否有黑腐化水现象,西马fresh box delivery 出现黑腐化水,包大损(法师断侧枝不在售后范围内)。普快和物流不包损。群生部分散不包售后,有疤点、少量掉叶、叶层外层脱土发蔫、脱土掉色、脱土缩尺寸均属于正常现象。
如有售后,箱子外的面单+箱体+商品一起拍照,售后时间为签收后24小时内(以APP签收为准)。运费不属于售后范围。
东马与国际件包售后到转运站,二次转运后基地与快递均无售后。


9️⃣关于下单:除了进口货我们批发大部分是一物一拍的。
不是一物一拍收到的肉肉会有大小高矮胖瘦头多头少的区别,这均属正常,基地会均匀配货


🔟关于支付:请在网站上付款,并提交汇款凭证,走三方支付时请及时确认收货谢谢。

❤️ 所有基地的售后时效为👉🏻基地运输到下单时的收货地址这段距离,也就是说售后止于转运站(转运站签收24小时内以app签收为准),请提前与转运站沟通,签收后发现问题及时联系售后,一旦再次转运,基地和国内快递均不包损。
(售后拍照要求:损块的植物+箱体+面单)。


❤️快递不属于售后范畴,有问题可直接联系快递公司投诉。


❤️由于基地是批量出货,包装是同一标准的,有可能做不到货完美无损,介意的不要下单。


❤️关于肉肉晾干的程度,这个无法界定,所以不接受单方面说肉肉没有晾干损块了的售后请求,基地常年发海外,晾干发货是常识。肉肉能安全到手最有效的办法是与转运站沟通好,收到货马上验货,有问题售后。


❤️不接急单不接催单,晾干需要时间。
因为天气、时效、意外等原因国际件不确定性太多,以上说明请知悉望理解。
